The house is overgrown, the front door was overgrown? The inside of the house was filthy and falling apart. The shower door actually fell on me while I was taking a shower. We tried to find someplace else to stay and could not, and we were afraid we never get our money back. I cannot believe you would list the property like this. There was trash in the planters. If they were sending cleaning crew and they said they don’t cleaning. Needless to say, I will never use VRBO again if this is the type of property you advertise. I have pictures if you need them.

John this is a gross exaggeration. We called you as soon as you booked to let you know that the trees and bushes were overgrown (the tree companies were over booked due to recent severe storms). We are currently contracted with a tree company for over 5k in work which is beginning soon. We gave you the opportunity to cancel (way in advance of your stay) if this was going to be an issue. The front door is NOT a means of ingress/egress, it's merely decorative since it's a corner house and the entrance is via the carport on the side. The grass was cut regularly during your stay. You also littered the yard with some type of deer feed. While the deer are cute, we certainly don't want to attract them into the yard. The house was certainly NOT filthy. While we don't get many reservations via VRBO since it's not a "vacation" destination, anyone is free to check our 5 star ratings on another major platform. While the house is not overly fancy, we make that clear in our listing and have it priced accordingly. You seemed like nice people when we met you when we came to maintain the grass, and you left the house tidy. But you never mentioned the deep scratches you left in the bath tub. I've examined the rollers on the top of the shower door, and they are working fine. Were you showering while inebriated?
This was my first experience doing something like this. The property manager was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything that was listed in the description of the house was available and accurate. I enjoyed my stay.
Eric is an attentive and kind host who made sure we were taken care of. The house is a bit older but well equipped and more than spacious enough for our needs. It's a quiet and safe location that is close-by to a supermarket, gas station and drug store. The mattresses in particular were very comfortable and I appreciated that the main bedroom had dark curtains and a ceiling fan. Also one of the perks of the house is that there is a lot of wildlife nearby and even just looking out the window we enjoyed seeing a wide variety of birds, bunnies, groundhogs and deer in the neighborhood.

You failed to mention Kiomara, that you sub-let our house to strangers that you had never met, who did $3,000 in damage to the property. This sounds like a retaliatory review to me. Shame on you.

Why they chose this property
Our house is nice and clean, in a very peaceful setting, but not yet fully updated to. If you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep, and can appreciate a decor your grandma may have chosen, it's a great place to get a good nights rest and relax after a week of work.
What makes this property unique
Suburban setting (don't be scared by the deer in the driveway or yard), yet close to all the cities that the Lehigh Valley has to offer.
