Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house to rent in Sarzeau, less than a kilometre from the beach and the pretty port of Saint-Jacques. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC.
- A utility room.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: with three single beds (2 of which can be joined together to form a double bed).
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 300 m² enclosed and private garden, facing east.
- A 20 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as a number of restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Beaches of the Rhuys peninsula
- Visit the château at Suscinio or the salt marshes at Truscat and St Armel
- Walks to the ports and coastal paths
- Tasting local produce
- Water sports, horse riding, fishing, cycling...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one space) and private parking outside the house (two spaces).
