- Two fully-equipped kitchens, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a single pull-out bed (90 x 200) with a drawer bed (80 x 190), sleeping two people in total
- Shower room and WC
- Utility room

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Bedroom 3: with a single pull-out bed (90 x 200) with a pull-out bed (80 x 190), sleeping two people in total
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140 x 200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Bathroom (with bath) and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private south-east-facing garden of 1,800 m², fully protected by a dense hedge.
- A south-east-facing terrace of around 75 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, in very pleasant, unspoilt surroundings.
