We really enjoyed this property. We love the fenced in back yard for the dogs and the movie room was fun to watch movies in. What made this rental truly great was coastal Carolina’s attentiveness to any issue we had. They were swift to ensure all issues were addressed.

Great location for a Weekend Getaway

Lots of space, perfect location and a bonus was being on the parade path for St. Patrick's day! We enjoyed our stay and the yard was perfect for the dogs.

Kitchen was really the only thing that we had issues with. Poorly stocked for a large group. Frying pans were old and over used. Everything stuck! Cooking utensils not so great. But the rest of the house was GOOD!

Great location and house!

Spent a week with my husband and friends with 2 dogs. Property was perfect for the dogs and living spaces were perfect for the humans. 😃 definitely would come back!

Beds were very soft. Dishwasher didn’t work. The fridge on the main level made an awful noise when it kicked on. Overall the stay was good.

Outer Banks Vacation

The house was clean and so close to the beach. Pet friendly but you would have never known by how clean the house was upon arrival. Beautiful home with great amenities and gorgeous views. The property management team was amazing and very responsive would absolutely rent this house again!

Great location. The space was perfect for our reunion , 3 couples 2 singles. Everyone had their own bedrooms and baths. Community space ( living room, kitchen and recreation area) was great! Beds and pillows need to be updated. Nobody slept well. It would be nice to have more personal items like soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. For those of us traveling by plane, having those items at the rental is really helpful.We had a minor problem with a toilet , I called and it was taken care of within two hours! The location is perfect, the home is plenty big. If you don’t mind bringing all your own stuff like beach chairs, towels etc and all your own personal bath items like hair dryer shampoo etc it is fine. Excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance

Always enjoy the Outer Banks

Overall nice house and beach access isn’t too bad. Electric stove didn’t work right at times. House needs a couple good pans and more silverware. Balconies could use more seating besides built in benches. Upper balcony is going to need railing stabilized to make it safer. Overall would recommend this property.
