App. A: Approximately 25sqm large holiday room with separate entrance - double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, fitted kitchen with sink, dishes, pots etc., fridge and stove, TV, seating area. Directly at the Oberhundemer Kurpark and the direct access to the Rothaarwandersteig. Ferienapp. in the state-approved health resort Oberhundem on the edge of the Rothaarsteig.

The price of 26.- € refers per person per night for occupancy of 2 persons

Deposit: 100.- € cash on key collection - repayment by bank transfer after final cleaning (max 3 days).

Borkenkäfer und Rüdenalarm

Ich war das letzte Mal vor 4,5 Jahren im Sauerland, davor 10 Jahre lang jedes Jahr. Seit 2019 sorgt nun der Borkenkäfer dafür, dass die schwachen Fichten, die dort nicht heimisch sind, zuhauf absterben. Ein Kahlschlag folgt dem nächsten. Da macht das Wandern keinen Spaß mehr. Ich war mit meinem Hund da, ein Rüde. Da die Besitzer selber einen Rüden haben und das Appartment nur über den allgemein zugänglichen Garten erreichbar ist, musste ich vorher Bescheid geben, wenn ich mit meinem Hund rauswollte, weil die beiden Hunde sich nicht vertragen hätten. Wenn ich das vorher alles gewusst hätte, wäre ich nicht gekommen. Für Hundebesitzer mit Hündin, die das Sauerland nicht kennen, wie es früher war, ist es bestimmt schön. Aber für mich war das keine Erholung und ich bin nach zwei Tagen wieder abgereist.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Super nette Vermieter, unkomplizierter Schriftverkehr zu jeder Zeit möglich,das Appartement ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet und die Aussicht von der total schönen Terasse einmalig . Hab mich richtig wohl gefühlt und die herrliche Gegend genossen . Gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege vom Ort aus erreichbar. Bin mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten mal da gewesen!!!!
