At a short distance from the house lies the pure bathing water of the Baltic Sea. In the house the well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. There is a fireplace in the living room. A heat pump also contributes to the heating. Wireless internet is received everywhere in the house. Guests of the house sleep in three bedrooms and one alcove. A bathroom contains sauna, massage tub and a steam cabin. The house includes beautiful terrace areas. Behind the house you will find a sun terrace in southern style, where you can stay sheltered from the wind.



On the nearby Kegnæs peninsula there are also excellent bathing beaches, to these the distance is not great. Dunes and depressions invite to beautiful stays on them at any time. Children can collect shells and adults can engage in fishing. Fishing grounds are good, which your family will surely appreciate. Salmon, cod, horn fish and plaice are caught. Old mills can also be discovered in the area and especially Augustenborg Castle, built in 1770, which tells about the life of the ducal family in an exhibition. At the castle is also a castle park worth seeing.

Also Sønderborg with all kinds of stores and culture invites you to a sightseeing tour. At the harbor promenade you can take a walk and stroll well. In the castle of the same name there is a museum that interests young and old.



In the region you can hike and bike on quiet paths, the paths wind past hedges and forests. Windsurfers will also find ideal conditions here.
