MUCH smaller than implied.

Then place is about 400 sq ft. The double queen bunks are pressed against the wall on one side and less than the length of an adult femur from the other wall, making climbing the ladder for the very young or very short. Their implication that it can sleep so many people apparently requires that you have the answer to the jigsaw puzzle on where you would put all the blow up beds, and still leave room to walk to the bathroom and back. This place might be minimally cozy for one or two. But my elderly dad and I left after one night of a five night stay, knowing we wouldn't get a refund, because it was not safe or comfortable for two folks over 50. The manager was a doll, and tried to help.

Easy and Convient

Check-in and Check-out was very easy and getting around town was very easy! A great added bonus - There are tons of great birds to watch out the windows. We even got to see baby robins in a nest on the front porch!
