Settle into a modern, family-friendly home designed for gathering and relaxing. With 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths across multiple levels, there’s plenty of room for your crew to spread out.

The main living area features a spacious sectional and a smart TV for easy streaming. The fireplace is currently out of service until further notice. Cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig; keep your favorites chilled in the full-size wine cooler. Share meals at the dining table for 8, with additional bar seating for 3.



Head to the top floor for the showstopper: a rooftop living area with a wet bar, outdoor seating, and a fire pit—perfect for sunrise coffee or winding down under the stars with downtown views. Board games, a laptop-friendly workspace, and in-home laundry add comfort and convenience.

Important Things to Note

Parking: Garage and fenced driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Stairs: This multilevel home requires using stairs to access bedrooms and the rooftop deck.

Fireplace: The fireplace is out of service until further notice.

Laundry: Private washer and dryer in home.

Outdoor space: Front and back yards are gated.

Security cameras: Three exterior cameras are installed—(1) at the rear of the garage monitoring the driveway, (2) at the front door monitoring the entry and sidewalk, and (3) on the rooftop deck monitoring the deck. Cameras monitor exterior/common areas only.

Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone and cleaned up after; additional cleaning/damage fees may apply.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
