Equipped with a combo lock use with your own code. Permit parking, wash/dry, 52in smart TV, wi-fi, a full-size bed, and hard wood flooring. We do not provide meal services for guests. (Note: a section of the bedroom ceiling area is low up to 6’2 standing tall) if you are under 6’2 you are good to go!

Comfortable, quiet and spotless

Dee was a great host and her place was just right. It was in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, easy Uber ride to everywhere. I would stay here again!

Lovely 1bdr- close to all the things!

Had a lovely, albeit short stay. Doreen was very communicative and accommodating. The space is lovely and includes some nice extra touches - shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower, condiments and seasonings in the kitchen, etc. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, but will certainly be checking if this is available on my next visit!!!

The apartment met my needs perfectly for the week, all the way to having a small first aid kit. I loved the neighborhood on F Street and there's plenty of commercial over on H Street. Buses to Union Station are a block away, but I typically walked. I was a woman traveling solo and always felt safe. The property manager answered my questions quickly. It's a great deal for the money.

The two best things about my stay here were the Host, and the neighborhood. The place is very nice, everything works, the washer and dryer were useful twice in three days. The neighborhood is awesome. The place is a couple blocks off of the main roads, so it's quiet and friendly. Then it's just a couple blocks walk to a stretch of restaurants and entertainment venues that was happening on a Thursday night. Super cool. But most of all, Doreen (the host) was very responsive, very accommodating, and super nice. She made the whole experience easy and pleasurable. I highly recommend this spot.

Lived here for several months and is perfect for a single person, that is on the move during the daytime and want a quiet home, warm comfortable bed for a good night rest, fully equip with no extra cost. A hop skip to some major hospitals, restaurants, coffee shop and some bars if that's your thing.

What makes this property unique

All you will need in a small quiet apartment, the same as your own home. Great for travel Nurses or if you are looking for a place to spurge the city to relocate.
