Welcome to a luxury Apex town-home, located right on the private Apex ski run & next to Red Pine Gondola & Sunrise lift with Private Hot Tub in the Canyons Resort. Ski in/out and walk to the Resort Village.
Our modern and luxurious home offers everything you could possibly desire in a vacation getaway, with amenities for everyone in your family, as well as various areas to relax, escape or even work...if you must! This spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3,000 sq. foot vacation home that sleeps 10 in beds. Plus there is a Queen size pull out sofa bed in the downstairs living room that can accommodate two more.
The new APEX complex is without question, the most luxurious option available in the Canyons Resort, having been newly constructed to the highest standard in fall/winter 2019-2020. With its choice location, only 30 minutes from the SLC airport, and a quick 10 minute drive to the center of Old Town, Harmony Lodge is the perfect launching pad to enjoy all that Park City Resort has to offer.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast prepared in our fully stocked kitchen, and take a seat at the 10 person dining table (with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar). Watch the sunrise over the Uinta mountains, or marvel at The Canyons famous ski runs in the winter, and the green mountains covered in wildflowers in the summer. You can hop on the dedicated Apex ski run, and ski to the Red Pine Gondola. On your way back in, you ski down the Retreat Ski Run (an easy blue/green run) and right to the top floor of our building. Canyons Village is at the base of the Red Pine Gondola, and this is where you can purchase lift tickets, rent skis, meet up for a lesson, shop for ski clothes, drop the kids off at the ski school, or dine at several different restaurants.
During the Summer months, the hiking is endless, and the resort offers lifts for bikers to the top of the mountain, with trails for every level. The summer concert series offers frequent concerts, with great musical acts performing on the Village lawn, a 4 minute walk. The Park City Resort side sets up a play land of sorts during the summer, with alpine slides, trampolines, a zip-line and more.
Back at home, relax in your beautifully decorated, luxurious mountain retreat. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, BBQ a meal on the deck or cook dinner in the fully stocked chef`s kitchen, warm-up by one of three gas fireplaces (Master, Family or Living Room) with some hot cocoa or a cocktail, play a game of chess or backgammon, and cap the evening off by relaxing to a movie on the big screen. The entire audio/video system in the house is brand new. It includes Alexa voice control, Polk Command sound-bars, smart thermostats, automated blinds and a keyless door entry. Each bedroom has a TV, the master and guest have 55” smart TV’s and Living and Family rooms have huge 65” and 75” Smart TV’s. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video...are all easily accessible.
As added luxuries, each bedroom offers great beds, quality linens, down bedding and pillows, and plenty of closet and/or drawer space. The King Master and King Guest Bedroom (a 2nd master) both have double vanities, and beautiful glass enclosed showers. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and its own lovely bath, and the bunk room that sleeps 5, has its own tub/shower combo bathroom.

TRANSPORTATION: The CVMA shuttle, (Canyons Resort Free Shuttle), is available to you from 7 AM to 10 PM during the winter (ski and snowboard season), at no charge. It will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village. Simply download the ‘Canyons Village Connect” app. Create an account, and then you can request complimentary rides.

PETS: No pets allowed at this property PARKING: There is parking for two vehicles in the underground parking garage.
PAYMENTS: Vrbo collects their Service Fee at booking. We (Red Sky Resorts) collect 50% of the reservation total (less Vrbo`s Fee) 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.

We had such a great stay at this beautiful Canyons property. From check in to check out, everything was flawless. The ski in/ski out location is perfect and we loved being able to start and end our day at the door.Would definitely stay here again!
Our family gathered for skiing and this was a great location. It is located up on the mountain, so you don't have to drive anywhere or struggle to park. Had an amazing stay in this beautifully designed home. Very spacious and cozy. The open floor plan was ideal for everyone to hang out, cook, watch TV or play board games. This really made our Family Christmas vacation special. Would recommend staying here! Manager was very helpful and always available.
9 family members stayed. Room and privacy for everyone. The townhouse is well appointed and we were provided with the essentials for more than required for our week long stay. I would suggest a vehicle for transport to grocery stores or skiing in Park City.
Was very excited about out door living area and when we showed up it was filthy. I cleaned for an hour to get it ready for our guest. Besides that it was a beautiful property

We do apologize for any issues with the cleaning and we are glad to hear that you thought it was a beautiful property. Typically the cleaners do a very good job and the other reviews note that. We ask guests to contact us ASAP if there is a problem with cleaning or any other issue. If there is a problem, we can typically get someone over right away to take care of it.
We have stayed at the Apex in the past, but our accommodations did not live up to representations and our expectations; however, unit 103 was first class in all respects. From our interaction with Red Sky Resorts, Inc., to our dealings with the local representatives, everything was excellent. The condo is extremely well maintained and nicely appointed.
This is a great property where kids and adults can spread out (two family rooms with TVs) and it has the best access to the mountain one can get. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, put on your skis, and you are on the mountain. It is so easy that you may choose to come back to the condo for lunch rather than eating in restaurant. The fact that the condo has 2 parking spaces is helpful if you have a larger group, or you have a friend meeting you at the condo. Highly recommend!
We stayed here for a reunion and had a great time. It’s a beautiful, updated unit with ski-in/out access. We had a problem with the microwave and the property manager solved it right away. Only thing to be aware of is that the bunk beds are small and best suited to kids.
Our family stayed in this condo over the July 4th weekend. The condo was great! Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had six adults and one baby staying at the condo and it had space for everyone to spread out. It exceeded all our expectations, we had a wonderful time staying at the Apex.
One of the best rental experiences! They were easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. The house is lovely and the beds/pillows are very comfortable! Everyone had a great time! Will rent from again, if return to Park City! Thank you!
There are so many reasons to book this property. Ski-in/ski-out goes without saying. But I must emphasize with the new COVID restrictions requiring dining reservations, nothing beats being able to come home for lunch and regroup with lost parties. There are time limits on dining.
Secondly, the place is flexible. There are 4 rooms and one has bunk beds. Also an air mattress if you need one. Bathrooms are generous and accommodating.
I also like the upstairs downstairs separate areas which allows kids to nap and others watch tv unobstructed.
The unit really could be divided in two. Refrigerator downstairs great to store water...it is dry in Utah!
TVs everywhere although we used time to play cards, cook together and spend time with family.
Clearly no place better on the mountain. We had a sitter come to stay with kids during the day.
Always appreciate a full sized washer and dryer in order to clean towels and sheets midweek.
OH I almost forgot. The locker is right there outside of the door. Most places want you to check in you stuff and the desk and wait to pick it up. There is a ski locker right outside the door so folks are not tracking boots, snow or skis in the house. Perfect
Our group of 10 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Apex townhome. The home is roomy and nicely-appointed, and is one of the best ski-in/ski-out experiences we've had!
The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries before we got there, and very helpful the one time we had a question while we were there. And the owners have put together a very thoughtful set of documents with details about the place, as well as suggestions for places to eat, shop and play.
