This property is just a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. All amenities are nearby: supermarket, bakeries, chemists, etc.
The tram is at the foot of the building. It will take you very quickly to the centre of Nice. On the Promenade, there are buses that will take you to the Cap 3000 shopping centre, as well as the St Augustin SNCF train station... which means you can get to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes by train...
