Extraordinary sea view. On the 7th floor of a residence of 8. Not overlooked. Air conditioning in all rooms. The most recent building on the Prom'.
Very quiet area, security lock, code access.
Entrance into hallway, modern kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, traditional oven, microwave, kettle, 2 coffee makers, toaster, juicer etc. etc.). The kitchen opens onto :
The air-conditioned living room with a table for 6 to 8 people. Television, Internet, hi-fi system, bookcase, large china cabinet. A very comfortable sofa providing excellent sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The bay window is covered by large curtains.
Bathroom with bath and shower, shower screen, 2 washbasins, hairdryer, wall-hung WC.
One air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm) and ample storage space.
Another air-conditioned bedroom with 2 bunk beds (and 1 pull-out bed if required) and a large storage cupboard.
A washing machine is in a cupboard in the hallway.
Terrace with incredible sea views from St Jean Cap Ferrat to the airport. Table for 6 to 8 guests to eat facing the waves.
No parking problems with the automatic garage for small and medium-sized cars such as Smart or Fiat 500.
Bicycle hire nearby for trips all over Nice.
Electric car hire. Come directly from the airport by tram. Stop at Sainte Hélène (Boulevard de la Californie)

"This apartment was perfe...

"This apartment was perfect and we hope to return. It is very beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet and extremely well equipped for several people to stay. The views are more stunning than the website photos portray and the huge terraces enable you to enjoy the view over the whole Baie des Anges and Nice. The apartment is well located and whilst you can easily walk into the old town (about 30 minutes), there is also a bus that stops virtually outside the apartment block and this runs regularly. The apartment has good access to supermarkets and boulangeries and is also a five minute walk to the Musée des Beaux Arts which is definitely worth a visit. We agree with other renters that it is sensible to take a taxi when you first arrive as the apartment is at the top of a hill but there is a lift directly into the apartment so there is no problem at all once you arrive. There is so much to do in the area and the owner provided an excellent array of information about the sights and activities."

"We LOVED this apartment!...

"We LOVED this apartment!!! 6 of us stayed a week before my wedding to relax and enjoy the sunshine and atmosphere of beautiful Nice. The apartment is located in a convenient yet quiet and secure location- a few minutes walk to the beach via a private track and a 10 minute bus ride/ or 30 minute walk to the centre of Nice- Cours Saleya. There is a supermarket close by for all of your cooking and drinking needs (including some great french wines!). The kitchen in the apartment is very user friendly and we enjoyed several gourmet meals on the veranda with produce selected at the Nice Flower Markets. The view from the terrace is AMAZING and there is plentiful sun all day long due the the front and rear terraces and there are lovely sea breezes. If you are lucky enough to stay in the master bedroom you will wake up to breathtaking views every morning but all the bedrooms are comfortable including the pull out bed in the lounge. The apartment is spacious and equipped to suit all your guests- with 2 luxurious bathrooms and a lift that opens up straight into the apartment! The owner is very friendly and helpful- he has provided a book with maps, bus timetables, and other very useful information and can answer any questions you have. One tip would be that if you have quite a bit of luggage (as we did) take a taxi to the apartment as it is up a steep hill- worth it for the beautful view. Thank you very much for a lovely stay and we hope to return again in years to come!!!"

Just what we needed

Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat.

Great apartment location and space.

This apartment had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The view was amazing and so convenient to take the elevator down and have a swim in the sea. It was close to restaurants and grocery and the tram was right behind the building so we could get to the rest of Nice and the riviera. Would recommend.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. I stumbled into this property by luck/accident and could not be any happier with my experience. Let's start with the headline, you are staying in an upper story apartment on the Promende des Anglais in Nice. My wife and I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Promende. That was something we could do for a long time without getting bored. I read some other reviews about the dated style of the apartment. If that is a deciding factor for you, then stay in a hotel, pay a lot more money and you still will not have the view of this apartment. The apartment is spacious and when I rented, well within a budget. It is clean and again has breath taking views of the Côte d’Azur. If this apartment in available when you are traveling to Nice and you don't rent it, then someone else got lucky at your expense. I would love the opportunity to return to Nice and if I do, this is the first place that I will try to book. Merci de votre hospitalité.
