Kick back on the large covered porch with comfy swing beds and take in the beautiful Lake Martin views. The huge fenced-in yard is perfect for outdoor games, relaxing by the fire pit, and enjoying the shade from the big trees on warm summer days.

Head down to the private dock for swimming, boating, or fishing, and spend evenings gathered around the cozy fire pit. Enjoy the lake with the provided paddle boards, kayaks, or the giant floating lilypad that everyone loves. After a day on the lake, enjoy the new private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
