Two bedrooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds.
The modern kitchen offers plenty of space for your ideas.
The center of Erfurt can be reached by car in 7 minutes. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away.
Up to 6 cars can park in front of the house.
Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.
For film lovers there is a 4K projector that projects onto a 2. 80m screen.
The whole thing is supported by Bowers & Wilkins in clay.
SKY and the entire media library are also available.
In the cold evenings, the automatically controlled fireplace provides you with enough heat.
The exterior facade has not yet been renovated.
