Spacious studio sleeps two, with kitchenette, one full size bed, bath, and efficient livingroom area. Across the street, is the community pool and spa. Perfect Weather. Walking neighborhood. Madera Canyon is a beautiful place to hike, a 30–35-minute drive. Green Valley has many golf courses, two just minutes away. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. Tubac, Az is a 20-minute drive south on I-19. Tubac is a town known for art galleries, retail shops and restaurants. Tucson is a 40-minute drive north on I-19. Tucson is known for a renowned gem show which happens in February. Also, the University of Arizona’s home is in Tucson.

A nice quaint place to stay

The area where we stayed was very nice, quiet, and peaceful. It was very convenient to have the pool and hot tub in close proximity. We did use that almost every evening. The room is pretty small, so be aware of that, no big deal for us. The fridge was small, but big enough for what we had to keep cool. We like a firmer bed, so that took us a couple nights to acclimate. The host was pleasant and helpful. There were several golf courses within a short drive.

Excellent Home Base While in Green Valley

This cute little studio was perfect for what I needed while in GV visiting my mother. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had just what I needed, and I was able to come back at night and unwind before heading out the next day. Cute neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. Easy access to GV proper and GV recreation center.

Just great!

Karin is a great host, and went out of her way when I accidentally locked myself out! Property was clean, comfortable and simple. If you are looking for a lot of space, a full kitchen or a place to hang out with a group more than 2, this may not be the best as it is a studio, but it worked fine for my wife and I. Hot tub and pool are great, and very close. Bed is a full size, not a queen so be aware of that. Thanks again for a great stay!

Green Valley short stay accomadation

Small comfortable short stay accommodation. No stove. Having an air fryer with you complements the toaster oven and microwave in rental. Bed is smaller than queen size. Good tv choices. Nice location. Has pool, not heated, and good hot tub. Great place to relax. Very close to San Ignascio Golf Course and some GVR locations.

Quiet, Cozy location

Was allowed the opportunity of staying here for 3 weeks. Host was attentive and so welcoming. Quiet neighborhood, quick access to I 19. Would definitely recommend this location for your next visit to Green Valley.
