Sunny paradise

The house was very nice. The living room sectional was not comfortable and the chairs were not very practical. The pool area was very nice.

Nice house - but difficult owners

The house is absolutely gorgeous, roomy, and has everything you will need in it! The down fall is that the pool was not heated when we arrived, the max OVERNIGHT occupancy states 7 people online - however the owners do not allow any guests over the count of 7 (defeated our purpose as we came with an infant and wanted to visit with our 60+ year old parents and brother), then charges for miscellaneous items after you leave such as the pool being heated to a certain degree which was not disclosed anywhere, a bbq brush that they claim was broke that was not, and threading on a rug design that unraveled that is probably from wear and tear or even a vacuum it looks like. Seems as if they try to find any way to make a quick dollar once you leave, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Be prepared and highly recommend you video record everything possible in the house before staying here.

We have completed 12 stays on AirBnb and all left a 5 Star review. That says a lot about our brand new home and also about this unfair review. This is a brand new home with all furnishing being brand new as well. This is the only difficult visit we had, overcrowding the home (4 cars and at least 12 people in a home with a capacity of 7), breaking things (we inventory) and it's not hard to miss things like the patio door handle broken in half. Very strange and sad review. VRBO was contacted during the stay due to overcrowding and was ready to assist in dealing with enforcing home rules which were agreed on before booking.

This was thee perfect place to stay!

No idea what the last review was talking about! The property was immaculate and had every possible item we could need for our stay! The pool was great along with the dual masters with matching bathrooms. This made choosing a bedroom easy when both are the same. The house was very clean and the location was perfect for a vacation getaway with short drives to the beaches and restaurants! Tim, the property owner, was very responsive and assisted with every need. We would definitely stay again! This trip made us look into moving to Florida!
