A bit misleading

We thought the property was oceanfront which where the rooms are is not oceanfront. You must go by shuttle bus or ride a bike down the road to the clean front pool and beach. Got to hotel at 12, check in was at 4 so we were starving from traveling and decided to have lunch at the Latitudes Tiki Bar. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes with still no lunch, waiter blew us off continuously lying to us as we inquired about our food as others got their food. Rough start, the birds are all over the pool and tiki area stealing food and pooping on everything. We had an amazing waitress, Madison that explained the property and where to go. Hunter, the towel guy was awesome as well. They made up for the chaos.

Oceanside

My husband and I had a great time. Love what the resort has to offer, pickle ball, ocean/beach, pool, tiki bars, etc. Our rental was clean and lovely. A shout out to the housecleaning staff - very friendly and attentive!
