Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 411

Condo 411 at Island Beach Resort is on the top (4th) floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

*Room decor may vary from pictures. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Excellent long weekend

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness or the room and property, access to carts to help unloading/loading, easy access to the beach, on-property restaurant "Shuckers" was great and deemed as one of the best one in the area by locals. Staff was friendly and available although we never had a need to engage them. We have a new "go-to" for our future Florida trips!

Exactly as advertised!

Timely and easy check in. Immaculate condo with good starter sundries which were appreciated as we were only there for a two night stay. The beach was “endless” and perfect for walking and shell collecting and best of all right outside the condo gate. Pretty sunsets were advertised and being on the fourth floor allowed you to look up and away from the parking lot to see a bit of the bay and the setting sun. The restaurant being on site was a huge bonus, the food was excellent and the menu varied. Best of all was that while you could enjoy all the perks of the restaurant’s proximity (including take out) the bustling activity did NOT impact condo life. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.
