Disappointed

Very disappointed. We had an issue where half our power went out and instead of fixing the issue, they just removed our lamps and upon removing they forgot to restart the refrigerator so we woke up to all our food we bought from the grocery store warm, and a pile of water in the middle of the floor (lost money there ) ice machine was broken the whole trip. Our laundry was lost/stolen and the only way to get a refund is if we buy all new clothes and give them the receipts. So basically, it’s a loss for me. I have to spend money, to get my money back, but in the end there reimbursing me for we clothes but not the ones they lost. The hot tub at the pool area close to the beach literally looks like swamp water, it was so dirty and disgusting. Fortunately, the weather was great, the room was clean and the wait staff were all super kind. Won’t ever stay here again.
