Located on Paradise Road in Mt. Crested Butte, the property's setting offers a rare orientation of mountain views for dramatic winter and summer sunsets from an amazing front deck. The open floor plan is ideally suited for this well-kept three-bedroom and two full bath home. Sleeps 8 guest. Garage parking for guest, new wood floors and carpet throughout, an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, updated baths, and new paint throughout. Include first floor living space and master bedroom, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning stove, and a gorgeous, landscaped yard that has been partially fenced. Slip out the back door and into the hot tub on a newly constructed flagstone patio.

A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend. We will allow a 2nd dog for an additional $50. You must notify us in advance.

Spring Break ‘24

Such a great place to stay!! We never missed the ski-in/ski-out experience, and even walked home from the slopes a couple of times. We had a nicely stocked kitchen, allowing us to make fireside dinners easily at home, w the convenience of relaxing in the hot tub afterwards!

Live crested butte!

The house was comfy! There were a few broken things but it did the job. Great location and easy to get to everything. Great hot tub!

Family Vacation Crested Butte

My family has been coming to Crested Butte for over 36 years. We had a family home here for 27. My parents sold it 7 years ago. CB will always have my heart. Bringing our boys to this majestic place year after year is our favorite time together. Property is private and enjoyable, the VIEWS are incredible!
