Holiday house Bella is located in quiet residential area Novo Naselje, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Brulo and at 800 m from the old town of Porec. The terraced house is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, on its own 200 m² of land with a beautiful garden with barbecue, garden furniture and Jacuzzi. Parking is private and covered for 2 cars. The landlord lives in separate buildings on the property. The house can accommodate 6-7 people and is located on 120m2 large area, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture and bathroom with shower / WC. On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms all with exit to the balcony and the bathroom with tub / toilet. An extra bed is possible on request in the bedroom. Air conditioning (only on the ground floor) and wireless internet are available and included in the price. Pets are welcome.

Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die zwei Balkone fanden wir auch super, einer mit Morgensonne, der andere mit Blick in das naheliegende Wäldchen. Die Lage war auch super, mit dem Auto konnte man alles relativ schnell erreichen oder zu Fuß an den Strand laufen.
Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und besonders der Garten sind sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Kinder fanden besonders den Jacuzzi und das Trampolin toll. Die Erwachsenen die Terrasse, auf der man tagsüber und abends schön draußen sitzen kann.
Die Eigentümer wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und sind jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie sind sehr nett und kinderlieb.
Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und wie beschrieben.
Sowohl der Strand als auch die Altstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man hat jedoch auf dem Rückweg immer einen kleinen Anstieg, da das Haus in einer Siedlung liegt, die etwas erhöht ist.
