The open, small pantry-kitchen is equipped with a 2-hob ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, sink and a small dining table. The bathroom has a shower / toilet, towel heater and a hairdryer. The bed linen is already included. There is a seating area in the garden and a shared terrace. A parking space is available in front of the object. Another parking lot in the Baltic Sea Heringsdorf, just 20m from the beach, also belongs to the apartment for free.

The holiday home 1A has a total of 4 apartments and a holiday room. It is located in a tranquil idyllic location in the Heringsdorf district Gothen on the edge of the three imperial baths. Enjoy your holiday in a friendly cozy atmosphere - all apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and comfortably equipped. Our guests have sauna with a shower (for a fee), lawn with barbecue and private parking on the beach of Heringsdorf (in best location) free of charge.   Wifi and linen is included in all apartments. Preis/Leistung hervorragend

Nicht direkt am Strand gelegen, durch den zweiten Parkplatz in Strandnähe jedoch wiederum empfehlenswert. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, fern vom Trubel. Für Kleinkinder wäre ein Spielplatz im Umfeld wünschenswert, aber als Ferienunterkunft ansich empfehlenswert.
