Cadaci Vacation Rentals loves this wonderful private home in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and shops. This home was professionally updated with new, modern interior finishes and offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a detached garage game room. The kitchen is modern and spacious with a formal dining space plus counter seating at the island.  There is large family room adjacent to the kitchen and dining area.  Outside you will find a covered patio-deck with more dining and seating areas.  In the backyard you will find a hot tub that is great for year round relaxation, get a game of basketball going, or gather around the fire pit and make s'mores. This home is spacious and inviting for the whole family or group. Have tons of fun in the game room where you can play pool, Foosball, Mrs. pack man, street fighter and Golden Tee. This room also has a heater for those colder months! Just 30 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Patrol, 30 minutes to Bearizona and an hour and a half from The Grand Canyon. Day trips to these destination are great for the group to spend time together! We suggest having a rental car or bringing your personal vehicles for this trip.

House Rules:

Children must be supervised at all times.

Must be 25  years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.  Quite Hours 9 pm to 9 am

Please be considerate of our neighbors and turn all outdoor lights off before going inside in the evenings.

BBQ:  Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.

Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
