* PARTIES & SPECIAL EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or special events allowed! A violation of this rule will result in termination of your stay without a refund.

* QUIET TIME : The house quiet time is 10pm to 6am. If you are enjoying the back porch or the yard, please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.

* SMOKING : There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking anywhere inside the house an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed. Smoking is allowed on the back porch. Please be sure nearby doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not drift into the house and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash (not in the yard!)

* PETS: Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we do not allow pets in this facility.

* SHOES: Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers provided for your comfort. Keep them, they are yours.

* DAMAGES: If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know. We are very understanding but don’t like surprises.

* GUESTS: Please be sure all adult guests are registered while making your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

San Antonio Friends Retreat

We loved our stay in this clean, bright, and well equipped property in a quiet neighborhood! Each bedroom is spacious with a private bath. We loved gathering on the 2nd floor with open plan kitchen, dining & living areas. Everyone had their own bedroom & bath, with the central gathering space on the second floor for meals and watching TV on a big screen. Attractions such as Riverwalk and the Alamo are close and an easy drive for us, along with good restaurants The property has 3 floors, with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor & 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. For folks of a “certain age”, the stairs are steep, but the owner has installed railings on both sides. The host, Steve Williams, is very quick to respond to any inquiries and very helpful!

Kozy feeling in San Antonio

The whole family enjoyed the Kozy Condo. Everything was super and having separate spaces for the family was perfect. Steve was very helpful with check-in and answering any questions. Definitely a wonderful condo and when we return to San Antonio we'll stay at KozyCo again.

Convenient and affordable

Our group of 3 women stayed at the Kozy Condo while attending a conference in San Antonio. We were each able to have our own bedroom and bath for 1/2 the price of a hotel room. The Uber drivers are plentiful, and the trips to and from the convention center were easy. San Antonio has so many nice attractions. The Riverwalk area, tower of the Americas and the Pearl were some of the highlights. I would definitely recommend the Kozy Condo to those with similar needs as a place to relax after a full day of conferences.

We enjoyed our stay! Very nice and cozy condo!

It was very nice and clean when we arrived. A welcome basket was waiting when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Loved having a large garage to use for our car at night. Wonderful place! Thank you!

We list properties for booking online in Vancouver, Washington, and San Antonio, Texas. Currently, we have 11 Short Term Rental listings, 7 in Vancouver, Washington, and 4 in San Antonio, Texas.

I am a USAF veteran, and I love to travel. I've been all over the U.S. and the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Greece, and more. I am looking forward to seeing more places in the coming years.
