Our stay was amazing. The condo has just recently been upgraded and it shows. Tracy the condo manager was awesome as well. It was nice to have a designated parking spot as parking in Kona is terrible. within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and grocery stores and farmers market.

This condo was so conveniently located to the hub of Kona on Alii Drive!! I loved my time here even though I was there for work! The neighbors were very friendly even the Property Manager! I loved the care and quality of this unit! Kona Beach Properties and Team (Tracy) were AWESOME!!! They even checked on me to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. THIS IS A MUST RENT and Comfortable for two couples as well!!

February getaway

Comfortable for the 2 of us. Clean, close to and easy access to beaches/stores/interesting sites to see/etc., air conditioner came in handy. Having beach accessories (short-legged chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel gear) available at unit was nice. Pool and grills near pool were nice feature; we enjoyed the friendly cat at pool. Other tenants very nice and friendly. Road noise a bit much at times.
