Welcome to Karantez, our seaside home located almost “with your feet in the water”, in a unique setting where the ocean feels like an extension of the garden.
The bright living area and terrace enjoy beautiful ocean views, while the sandy garden creates the feeling of having your own private beach. From some of the upstairs bedrooms, you can admire the sea and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere throughout the day.
With 5 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 12 guests, the house is perfect for:
family holidays,
getaways with friends,
family reunions,
or even work retreats in an inspiring and relaxing setting.
The living room with fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere all year round, whether for a cozy winter weekend or long summer evenings after the beach.
The house is available year-round:
by the week,
for weekend stays,
or even for one or several nights during the week depending on the season.
For weekend stays, schedules are designed to help guests make the most of their time:
check-in generally from Friday at 6 PM (sometimes earlier depending on availability),
check-out possible until Sunday evening.
Located only:
20 minutes from La Baule TGV train station,
1 hour from Nantes airport,
the house is also ideally situated to explore:
Guérande, Piriac-sur-Mer, La Baule, Mesquer-Quimiac, and the surrounding coastline.
A cleaning fee is added to the rental amount.
Linen packages (bed sheets and towels) are available as an option, with beds prepared before arrival for an even more comfortable stay.
