This 3-bedroom villa offers screened solar heated recently resurfaced pool, shuffleboard, crib and pack n play, fully fenced backyard, BBQ, Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs with Disney Plus and Roku TV, plenty of space, all kitchen utilities, grilling essentials and much more. Warm mineral springs short drive distance. Only 30 minutes drive to Manasota Key Beach, Sarasota, Fort-Myers.

Please Inquire about our 30 day discount!

We provide dishwasher and washer detergents for the first couple days of your stay.

We do not provide propane for grilling, however you can refill our tank in Walmart or Home Depot.

Please clean grill after each use, it would be $50 extra charge if grill left dirty.
The house runs on well water. Water pretreatment via Reverse osmosis system. No boats, trucks, RVs, or trailers are allowed due to city regulations.

Beautiful, newly renovated home in quiet neighborhood. VERY family friendly, including for families with babies. Close to Charlotte Harbor, Venice beach with fun shops. North Port pool home

First time using VRBO and I have to say it was great. The pictures and description of the property were helpful making the decision to stay here. The property owner was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and explained the process. The house was very clean and nicely decorated with lots of supplies for the house, pool and even a beach outing. I will keep this property in mind for our future trips to the area.

Lovely Experience!

My husband, daughter and I stayed there for a week while visiting family and this house had everything we needed. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean and well-stocked with towels (including beach towels), bedding and kitchenware. There were pool toys as well as everything you need for trip to the beach (chairs, cooler, etc). The owners were extremely responsive with any questions we had as well - I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to North Port!

Lovely place, exceptionally clean. Being old school I was worried about accessing the property but the coded lock worked well and was provided in advance so we had confidence about access. Well positioned for I75 and 41. In a good location for local amenities and shops. Pool was clean and at a good temperature and there pool floats available to use. Beds comfortable and decor modern. Excellent air conditioning. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Overall a lovely home to stay in. Hope to return.

Wonderful visit

Clean and as described. It was located in a pleasant neighborhood where we took numerous walks and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the pool once the weather warmed up a bit. The pool heat and solar cover worked well. The home was well stocked and even though we didn’t have our granddaughter with us there were many items available for children — books games crib high chair. etc. — we actually did a puzzle and played skeeball. Kate was very responsive if we had any questions. The house was also close to grocery stores (Publix Aldi Walmart ) as well as a few shopping centers with restaurants etc. I would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

The experience at this resort was well above all our expectations! Nothing short of a 10 star rating. Everything that a couple or even a family with children is included. Very clean facility for small group or family. The pool was outstanding as it was hard to get out of! The Hosts were easy to access if needed & solved any issues. Location was perfect in quiet neighborhood & accessibility to many shopping, restaurants, or even excursions. Wonderful area! We would book again & hope to next year. Amazing home

We loved this house! It was very clean, AC worked great, WiFi worked great for the day I worked my job from the house, and the kitchen / appliances are update and nice! Plenty of cups, plates, utensils, and cooking pans. The pool is fabulous! Lots of pool toys, only had to skim the pool one time not even all the way around (just a few bugs but it’s Florida so that’s expected)! Nice outside sofa and dinning table on the lanai. One of the best houses we have rented! Neighborhood is very quiet, the only time we heard a noise was cars passing down the road, or when we were outside and people were grilling next-door! This will be our go to home when we are in town! Thank you for letting us stay here!
