We loved this house! Everything was perfect, cleanest place we've ever stayed! Pool and spa temps were just right and used them twice a day, every day. Location was in a nice neighborhood and centrally located to lots of activities.

Lovely house with all the amenities we needed to feel like a home away from home. The heated pool and hot tub were great add ins and enjoyed by all. Location was optimal as we have family in the immediate area.

This home is likely the cleanest, most relaxing home I’ve ever booked and stayed in. My sister said the bed she slept in was the most comfortable bed she’d ever slept in! The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was wonderful to spend our days on. The screened area outside meant you didn’t have to worry about bugs or critters! It’s truly a gem! The checkout process was hands down the easiest I’ve ever had. 100%, I recommend this home to any adults looking for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful home!

Perfect updated modern home close enough to most all of the beaches in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is equipped well with all the essentials and has the absolute cleanest salt water pool I’ve ever been in. Plenty of space/room accommodating a family of six or so as well if needed. Home backs up to a small canal for privacy.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Our only complaint was the remote for the pool was missing so we could not control when the pool and spa were being heated ourselves. I would stay here again if that issue was resolved.

Awesome Home

We absolutely loved this home for our 2024 Spring Break. The location is awesome. Close to everything but out of the way enough of the busy life. Close to great beaches as well. The house was wonderful. Very clean and modern. The pool area with the hot tub was everything we wanted and more. The location of the house is very private. Communicating with the property manager was very good. Overall would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this property to anyone!!!

Great House

Place was great, very clean. Chris was so attentive, anytime we reached out, he responded within minutes and took care of whatever we needed. The only thing that this property can improve on is the amount of towels, there were only 2 beach towels and about 6 bath towels. We made it work but it would have been nice to have more. I will definitely rent this place again.

Excellent property

We decided on North Port as a centre for easy access to gulf coast with good connections as far as Orlando, Miami and the Everglades. The property was as described in the listing and was very comfortable. A major plus for us was the situation of the lanai. Facing roughly southeast, it had a rather lovely view of the small canal at the back which gave the impression of being in a remote, even wild, location even though we were in the middle of a housing development.

Spiritual Retreat

We went to take some classes from Monday-Saturday. The home was clean and perfect for our visit. There were only a few small minor issues, however Chris addressed them. We truly enjoyed the spa….so relaxing after a long day in class. Since we went to bed early every night he adjusted the spa times for us, which we appreciated. Thank you again.
