Downstairs is a north and west facing deck wrapping around two sides of the house, with barbecue grill, Adirondack chairs, and dining table, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach. Inside is an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, dining table that seats 8, kitchen island with seating for 3, and multiple couches and chairs.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor, one with 1 king bed, and one with 1 queen bed, along with a full bathroom with stall shower. Send the kids upstairs to the two additional bedrooms, one outfitted with 1 twin and 1 full bed, and the other with 2 queen beds. There is also a half bathroom on the upper level.

Additionally, access the upper, north-facing upper-level deck that gets great afternoon sun. Lounge on the chaises or outdoor sectional couch and enjoy post-beach cocktails while the sun goes down.

There's plenty to see and do with bars, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts and the beach all within a few minutes walk. Enjoy the paddleboards, surfboards, or kayaks that are provided, or just bring some of the provided beach chairs and umbrellas down to the beach and relax.

Kismet has plenty of options to eat and play - eat, drink, and enjoy live music at The Kismet Inn or The Dive, grab a slice at the pizzeria, and go to the market for sandwiches and groceries. Anything you need is just steps away.
