About this property

See and hear the ocean from this great beach house that just a few steps from the beach with lifeguards. Newly decorated and furnished. Two levels, 4 bedrooms, pullout queen size sofa bed, sleeps 10 people, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower. Newly installed ductless AC for the upstairs living area. All bedrooms have AC units. Two of the bedrooms also have ceiling fans. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer. A full kitchen. Downstairs is a large wrap around deck. Upstair deck has a new TimberTech decking, a propane BBQ, a dining table and couches to enjoy the views of the ocean and lighthouse. House also has a WiFi, Smart TV, 2 living area spaces. Includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, all linens and bath towels provided.

Weekly rental is Friday to Friday. We will try and accommodate partial weeks during off peak.

Check in at 4:00 pm and check out is by 10:00 am.

Perfect location but a few things you need to know.

Tenant lives downstairs on property which means limited privacy. There was no disclosure of this. Dangerous staircase for elderly and children. Not baby friendly. Lots of mosquitos on the property that get into the house and bedrooms. Bikes are rusty and some didn’t have brakes that we were unaware of. We were told there were cleaning people, but had to do laundry the last day and 10am checkout time. Great location and amazing views. Close to town and great deck. Sal was extremely nice and open to calls and text messages.

Kismet House steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this house just steps from the beach in Kismet. Sal met us at the dock for check-in with a wagon in tow to help us bring our luggage to the house. The house has plenty of room with a nice second story deck and a spacious side deck. Would recommend to anyone looking to be steps from the beach with great views of the ocean and lighthouse.

Kismet Beach Stay

Ocean Therapy was a wonderful place to stay for our family trip. We were steps from the beach, and the house was spacious and well equipped. The owner, Sal, was great to deal with.
