Awesome beach house!!

We stayed here for my mom's 60th. There were 13 of us total and felt completely comfortable in this 3 story house. The house had everything you need for cooking and a great time at the beach. The pool/beach are a bit of a walk but they have an awesome golf cart tram service that will take you right there as well as the pool. The tram picks you up right in front of the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Rosemary Beach!!

Fantastic Experience

We've stayed in this Seacrest community several times in the past and this is by far our favorite location--convenient access to everything. The house easily and comfortably accommodated our crew of 12. The only criticism is that without a pantry, there is very limited storage space in the kitchen. While inconvenient, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. And kudos to the host for being very responsive via text to our needs. I'd definitely recommend the house to friends and family.

Girlfriends 40th bday reunion

Amazing house in amazing walkable location to everything you cities want! Fun bike ride rental near by, crystal clear water and lots of great restaurants! Would recommend to anyone :) thank you!!

We loved our stay at this home! It had all of the conveniences we needed and the best part was the location. We were so close to everything! We would definitely stay here again and Joel was responsive, kind, and great to work with!

9 mins → Timpoochee Trail A bike path length of 30A (18 miles)

8 mins walk → Seacrest Beach - For beach access head South towards the beach, turn right on 30A sidewalk to Big Lifeguard Chair at the entrance of the neighborhood and take a left across 30A on S Seacrest Beach Blvd, through palm tree walkway, around pool and to the beach gate/boardwalk.

9 mins walk → The Lagoon Pool - Palm lined streets lead the way to the breathtaking 12 K Sq. Ft Pool. Enjoy the snack bar, two shallow pools for kids, shade by tall palm trees, and a beautiful, cascading water fountain feature.

Full size bunks in the 2nd floor master that can easily accommodate an entire family with 4 small kids. King size mattresses are available on every floor which provides great comfort for multi-generational families. Two pack and plays and two white noise machines are on property. We have a baby bath and beach toys to make traveling with kids an ease. Brand new (2022) gold-standard bedding, pillows and organic mattresses are in every room. Third floor has wet bar, mini fridge and separate coffee and tea kettle so you can wake up with views on your front or back balcony.
