Perfect location

This home was perfect for our family beach getaway! The home itself was clean, spacious, and the decor was beautiful! The location was great! The lagoon pool directly behind home and the beach, shops, and restaurants were easily walkable. We made use of the two provided bikes and watched the sunset every night!

Beautiful house and great location

House was great and overall looked like the pictures, but we had a few cleanliness issues and some items in the home weren’t working at the time of our travel. The house has a great location next to a tram stop and the pool is right out the back door.

Beautiful location, great house -- cockroaches in house though.

Overall the property was exactly what we needed. Massive house, great set up and the location could not have been better.However, one night we found a sizable cockroach in our bed. Needless to say this was very unsettling and we reached out to the property manager. The manager responded promptly and let us know they'd send out the team to do another sweep of the house -- that team never showed up. Overall we were pretty disappointed on how this situation was handled.

Great Location and home layout

This place is very comfortable and location is awesome. The resort pool is right off of the home’s back deck. It’s a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest as well as a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for multiple families with kids. We will be back.

Great House!

Loved this house! It’s a great location. Right across the street from the beach and the pool is right out your back door. There were 7 of us and everyone was very comfortable in their space. The kitchen was very well stocked and the stove and oven were both very nice. We will definitely be back!

Perfect home for a group!

The house was beautiful, so spacious for our group and in the perfect location. The neighborhood was adorable, and we loved it! Some small home repairs are needed but it was great overall. Friendly note: we would have appreciated some small items such as extra garbage bags, hand soap, Kleenex etc., or at least a note to bring them with. But overall LOVED our stay and will be coming back!

Just okay

The house itself is in a great location and the floor plan worked perfectly for our family. As we began unpacking we noticed little things like a dirty couch, trash under the couch, dirty dishes and the sheets were dirty. Someone called and changed the sheets and cleaned the couch which was great but then the couch was so wet we couldn’t sit on it for 24 hrs. Lastly, the top floor had a secret room that was not disclosed which has un made beds and we didn’t notice the room until the 2nd night when a light was left on in that room, a light that was NOT on the first night. So that was kinda creepy and unexpected.

Bachelorette Dream Stay

We had a lovely time! It’s a beautiful property with easy access to beach and walking distance to restaurants/shopping areas. Security did a great job making us feel safe at night. Hosts were great at communicating with us, the only thing was not communicated well is the parking pass, we were told there would be an email to register our car and get a pass but we never got it. We wore our bands everywhere and it was fine.

Seahorse Stables Review

We could not have been more pleased with a beach vacation property. The home itself is spectacular; but the adjacent facilities (particularly the pool…just breathtaking) are just as premium. The location itself is near perfect. Once parked at Seahorse Stables, there was really no reason to get back in our vehicle till we left for the trip back home…literally *everything* was within walking-distance. This alone would make this a 5-Star stay, but throw in the immaculate spacious property itself? Nirvana. Needless to say: we’ll be back!

Seahorse Stables June 25 Review

The property was a rental through and through. Looks super nice when you get there and then realize it’s barely hanging on. Almost all of the towel holders fell when you touched them or not even on from the start. The bunk bed in the closet room to entrance was so wobbly I was scared to put more than 30lbs on the top and wouldn’t let our kids sleep in it for fear of safety. The floors were so dirty and we had to go buy a broom because one wasn’t provided in the stay. The location to the pool was amazing but the pool was a stickler for rules. We had a water in the pool and they told us we couldn’t have drinks unless we were in a pool chair. Also the beach was a joke. It was more parked than spring break 09 in Panama City. They set out 4 rows of chairs that you can pay $100 a day or 2 chairs and they had the smallest area for people to set up their own chairs. We went the first week in June and were so fed up we just drove to inlet beach instead. Also the area to no wheels which wasn’t in listing so no bikes, wagons or golf carts to the beach.

Clean, Convenient, Spacious Stay on 30A

We loved staying at this property and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property was very clean. The grill and deck on the first floor were a great amenity for us and the second floor balcony off the kitchen was wonderful every morning. All the furniture was comfortable- although all the adults did comment that their beds seemed a little softer than they would usually like. The location of the house was ideal and so convenient to the pool, beach, tram stop, and right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to make a great meal. It would have been helpful to include some details in the listing about needing to buy extra trash bags, paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. It may have been enough for smaller groups, but ours had to purchase these after the second day. There were great beach toys and we loved the 2 bikes. It was very simple to get our community bracelets and the staff was very helpful with any community questions we had. The pool itself was beautiful but cold for the time of year we were there (September).

Bad response from management company

When we arrived for Thanksgiving. The oven door would not close. This was obvious upon entering property so cleaning people had to see it but did not address it. I called Vacasa personally at least 19 times but we had no help. The ice maker in fridge did not work. There were no balls fir goose ball table so we bought some. Property layout great but if there is a problem forget it no response

Perfect location, beautiful house, great service

We had a great time staying at Seahorse Stables for fall break. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. The outdoor space was perfect and proximity to the pool and beach was ideal. We had a small hiccup checking in, however Vacasa staff were great to work with and our delayed check in did not impact our vacation too much. The customer service team was responsive and communicated with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful first stay in Seacrest Beach. We will be back and would love to stay at Seahorse Stables again. Eileen
