Complete renovation, 1 bedroom apartment 1 block from beach.

This cozy apartment has an open concept layout, bedroom has a queen size bed and living room a queen size sofa bed. Wifi, HD flat screen TV, fully outfitted kitchen. Private fenced outdoor space, gas grill and outdoor laundry Central AC and 2 off street parking spaces. Toiletries we include: shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, lotion, sunblock, shaving cream. linens, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, iron board, and 2 beach chairs are provided. All you need to bring is your deodorant, toothbrush and your clothes. There is a shuffleboard and a cornhole game in back of the house to use on your free time. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants, drug stores, Historic Corey Ave., shopping, and of course the beach. Downtown Saint Petersburg is just 15 mins. drive and you can visit The Salvador Dali Museum. Fort the Soto and Honeymoon Island State Parks Treasure Island and John's Pass are all worth to visit while you are here. This is a strict no pet and no smoking property. City of St. Pete Beach requires minimum 30 days booking. ** Payment for your stay is scheduled for 2 payments. One at time of booking, the second 5 days before check in. You will receive reminder emails.

we have traveled to Florida for years and finally decided to move to St Pete beach. I am an extroverted person, who likes to go to the gym, bike ride, dance, and walk on the beach. I am married, have two sons and two small dogs. my husband is a former United States Marine and a current Personal Trainer.

Why they chose this property

of all the places we have visited in Florida, St Pete beach is the best. we enjoy gulf boulevard, the restaurants, music, most of all, walking on the beach

What makes this property unique

our property is about 100 yards for the beach. we will provide you with just about everything you need. beach cart, beach towels, chairs, umbrella.. etc. we have two separate properties. within 3 blocks of each other. you can rent one, or more to accommodate the size of your family.
