a beautiful oasis nestled in a bay on Lake Joseph. We relaxed on the large boathouse roof, dined on the deck, and enjoyed our time playing tennis and exploring the area. Minutes to Port Carling which was great for a little shopping trip! Highly recommend this property. Perfect for a large family! We'll most definitely be back!

This property was breathtaking! The owners of this property were amazing. They were very accommodating & if we needed anything at all, they were more than willing to help. The location was ideal (5 minute drive to Port Carling). We loved the privacy of this rental, the dock, boathouse sundeck, the view of Lake Joseph, the outdoor space & the modern farmhouse feel. It was truly paradise!

Beautiful cottage on Lake Joseph!

Large, beautiful, open concept cottage with high ceilings, designed in a modern farmhouse style. Can easily accommodate a large family or multiple families. Fantastic location. Only 10min to Port Carling - a cute town with nice shops and restaurants. Located on a quiet bay on Lake Joseph. Large patio with outdoor daybeds and a great deck on boathouse with loungers. Very relaxing. But also lots of activities available to do: Outside there is a tennis court, paddle boards, and water trampoline for kids. Indoors there is a pool table, board games and lots of books. Property is fairly new and very well maintained. Many thoughtful details throughout. Overall, an excellent experience.

The Shiloh luxury cottage in Muskoka is SPECTACULAR!

The photos do not lie, yet they don't give the full experience of this unbelievably spectacular pristine gem on Lake Joseph! We felt immediately awestruck pulling up to the property as we passed the modern barn, garden house, and passing the tennis courts to the large back porch anchored by bright red muskoka chairs and large fire pit. Inside the two level spacious and bright home feels like modern farmhouse and Hamptoms lakehouse in natural monochromatic tones of white, warm wood, and black accents. All the amenities you need in the kitchen (plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glassware, mugs...no need to bring anything) all appliances and beautiful natural touches were delightful. The 5 bedrooms could sleep 12 very comfortably. Indoor pool table, outdoor hot tub, shower, hammocks and non motorized water crafts were lifestyle activities we appreciated. This luxury cottage gets 10 out of 10!! We will absolutely be back! Thank you super host Karyn Penner - amazing property and you were so gracious to deal with! Gratefully, The Jacksons

Beautiful Property!

This property will take your breath away! Amble space, beautifuly designed buildings and lots of things to do so you will never be bored (including a tennis court and boathouse for sunbathing). The rental was very clean and included everything you would need for an amazing getaway. Host was incredibly easy to communicate with and everything was as described. The ideal location for any event!
