One thing to remember when coming is being seasons for food. We cooked a few dinners and had to run out for salt,pepper and other spices. But would definitely recommend staying here!!

Nice spot for spring break!

The view is fantastic! The condo has easy beach and parking access. The condo also fit a family of 5 no problem. We enjoyed using the cart to go all over Sandestin, including restaurants and Publix. The only annoyances were not enough toilet paper, no garbage bags, and a pesky golf cart charging outlet (I finally found the GFI on another outlet). Looking forward to our next trip to Sandestin.

Great condo. Perfect for single family. Directly on beach with great view. Only minor complaints - floor was sandy when we arrived. Dryer malfunctioned and we were without towels for one night. however, when we reported the issue the staff handled it quickly.

Great view of the beach! The 2nd bedroom had plenty of space for us to set up our pack n' play for our 18 month old. It was nice & quiet during our stay, either we didn't have any neighbors during our stay or it's nicely insulated & couldn't hear any! The kitchen has a plethora of plates, bowls, silver ware, pans, glasses, everything you need! We really really enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed riding the cart to Baytowne and around the property after a day at the beach. The original unit booked was not ready due to construction, so this unit was offered and ended up being larger with the golf cart and less expensive than the 1 bedroom! We walked right out of our room to the elevator to go down to the parking garage so that was great! There was lots of construction going on while there the 2nd week of May 2023, but realize that for there to be improvements, this has to happen. Always recommend Beachside II.

Beautiful view

Upon arrival, the exterior of the condo and grounds was very beautiful and the staff was friendly. The condo overall was ok, the sofa had what looked like a drink spilled all over the side and back of it, large chunks of tile floor missing (we had to wear shoes To avoid hurting our feet) There was no broom to sweep up the sand and dirt, only a very low suction vacuum that didn’t do much of anything, the dryer was awful and took 4 cycles (5 hours)to dry a very small load of towels. We had 5 teenagers with us, so needing a dryer was a necessity. The decor looked as if it was cobbled together from broken, miss matched garage sale type items. We even had to fix the dresser drawers while we were there just to be able to use them. We have used Gibson in the past and was very pleased but not this time. For the price we paid, I was expecting a much nicer place.

We were told there was construction happening with a bit of a discounted price (not inexpensive) but we didn’t realize the extent. It was MAJOR construction. Other than waking up to a jackhammer weekday mornings at 8am, it didn’t affect our stay as we were out most of the day and construction ended by 5. Pool closed due to construction. The condo was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. All This was our first time to this area of Fla. nice area, water is still cold in April. Beaches were super crowded in this area, but much less down the road. Golf cart was a great addition. If this is the area you’re looking at then you want be disappointed in this condo (post construction). I’ll be headed further south next time, just preference.

After the hurricane

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first rough rental experience. Some was due to the aftermath of the hurricane, so that cannot be helped. We had a HUGE dehumidifier and professional fan placed in our room upon entry (for 3 days) that we had to literally yell at each other in order to hear each other. Over half of the outlets didn't work (no idea if due to hurricane or not). The condo should not have been rented. In all fairness, the rental agency offered us other places to move to, but we paid to be on the beach, not somewhere else. They did compensate us one night. There were zero hangars in master closet, which we asked to be replaced and were not.. There was not a single cookie sheet so bring your own cookies! Beachside II treadmills and elliptical either did not work or did not keep track of anything. Most sets of drawers in bedrooms/bathrooms did not open easily due to being very old and rickety. Never had a frustrating visit until now. . . . again some of it being due to the after effects of the hurricane.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Beachside II room 4238 arriving on June 19, 2022 and departing on June 23, 2022. This was a surprise beach trip for my husband for Father's Day. The condo was in poor condition and in need of attention. The following are items that need to be addressed: 1. Leaking shower in Master Bath. Water seeps on the floor from the shower floor, despite the shower door being securely closed. 2. Bed linens are threadbare and king fitted sheet does not fit on the king mattress. 3. Vanity in the Master Bath is broken as the drawers do not open properly. 4. Bi-Fold doors in laundry area are broken. 5. Sink in Guest Bath does not drain properly--very slow. 6. Can light in guest bath is falling out of the ceiling 7. Poor interior lighting in kitchen area. 8. Stains on sofa pillows. This condo is substandard for the rate we paid for four nights. We will not be using this rental company again and we expect to be compensated for this subpar experience.

Gibson is my favorite rental company, I voted for you in the Perfect Walton reviews. Candidly, & feel free not to post this review but this unit did not meet our expectations. First the cleaners did a poor job. There were crumbs in the fridge from the previous guests. Over all there was a lot of lint & dust in the corners, window sills and under the furniture behind the TVs and lamps.The master bedrooms’ bed dust ruffle is filthy with hairs and dust and gunk and is falling off the rickety bed. I wiped down the light switches & door knobs & the smudges around the doors and door knobs. Little things that typically Gibson does better than other rental companies.The outlets are loose& phone charging cubes fall out. We tried almost every one. The bedroom furniture is pieced together, cheap quality. The fridge is old, doesn’t have an ice maker. The bathroom sink furniture is pretty crappy. Try it yourself since several reviews commented already. Overall, I’m surprised this unit is part of your portfolio.

Nice stay and getaway. Beach chairs and pool access very easy. Easy walk to the restaurant next door for happy hour, big tv’s , sunset, dinner. Good food. Roomy updated unit with great views!Tile floors,newer kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, good selection of cookware, but no ice maker in fridge. Living room furniture was not comfortable and it sits low. The big wicker chair was a good quality but does not have cushions that fit and only a couple of small flat throw pillows on it. Large master bedroom, bath and closet with heavy drapery on the windows to block the sun. Mattress was not comfortable, a good mattress topper would help. Nice large shower. The dresser/vanity goes with the Tuscan vibe, but the drawers are difficult to use. A wall to wall w/single sink vanity and open shelves would make it much more serviceable. Very little counter top space for toiletries. Good size deck but table and chairs not comfortable, pub chairs great! Gibson check in super easy!
