Il se compose d'une chambre cabine avec lit simple, d'un salon, salle à manger avec cuisine américaine et d'une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.
Il est climatisé, possède une place de parking privative. Lave-linge.
Il se situe au Dramont dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée, proche de la plage du Tiki (150m), de la plage du débarquement (600m), de tous commerces (Supérette, restaurants, boulangerie, bar-tabac,pharmacie, rôtisserie, le tout entre 100m et 500m).
Arrêt de bus à proximité (100m), et gare SNCF à 800m. Idéal pour passer d'agréables vacances sur la Côte d'Azur.
