We really enjoy staying at the Dawn condos. Always a good experience. The pool was great. Right across the street from stairs to go down to the beach. Great location.

Great Location, close to pool, parking and the beach. The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved this place so much I just booked a monthly rental for Oct and Nov. Best complex on the seawal!!

We loved this rental, beautiful and very comfy, the price per night was fair, this unit has everything you need, the pools are amazing and the beach is just across the street, many stores in the area, the location is just convenient. I’m not getting sponsored for saying this but this was the first time using Vrbo and we liked the process of booking, check in and out, and nothing related with scams, i say this because of bad experience in the past with other rental apps. Definitely I will rent it out again. Thank you so much.

Condo

The condo was cute and close to Walmart and many restaurants, some walkable. The condo needs a cutting board and a more comfortable couch. Also they should not advertise that the pool is heated .:: it’s cold. Also the bunk beds are in the closet.

It was ok

The community seemed like it needed some maintenance. The condo was on the 1st floor next to the pool and was noisy into the late evening. The condo was nicely decorated, but it was weird to have bunk beds in the closet.
