Double Balcony & Beach + Free High Speed WiFi

Spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed 2 bedroom-2 bath unit with FREE Hi Speed WiFi. This beautiful space boasts a fantastic SUNRISE VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico which can be seen from seen from the living area and guest bedroom.
This uncluttered balcony has sliding glass doors, black out storm shutters for the guest bedroom, and most importantly an ELEVATOR -NO NEED TO CLIMB 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Elevator is just few yards from our front door and is wheelchair accessible.

We are walking distance to the largest grocery store WALMART, mini golf, restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, and the Galveston Fishing Pier. The beach is across the street!
This location also has access to a sparkling clean POOL, tennis courts, common area credit card washer and dryer access, conference & business center in lobby, 24-hour building security and desk attendant. There is also a BBQ pit in the Common Area near the pool. Check with the front desk on the first floor for availability.

Children over the age of 7 are welcome AND this is a NON-SMOKING unit!
No pets! Minutes from Moody Gardens, The Historic Galveston Island Strand, Schlitterbahn, and the numerous public access beaches and pocket parks. This is affordable and beats any hotel in town, with it's fully equipped kitchen no need to eat out every night! All the appliances and amenities you need just bring your sunscreen and a beach towel and you're ready to go! Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and a small amount of travel size shampoo should you need all supplied for your stay,

If stormy weather is predicted, please close the storm shutters upon departure in an effort to keep driving winds out during Hurricane Season!
Unplug kitchen appliances like the coffee maker, toaster, blender, or crock pot. Return remote controls to correct rooms and do not leave wet linens on furniture or floors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement must be signed and returned via email prior to arrival to maintain reservation.

the lights not work very good only half turn on the hot water was not hot the A C was lock on 75 which is not cool enough to sleep and keep it humid in room the view off balcony was good once traffic stops to hear the waves comein in

easy to check in, clean and always had a hot shower waiting for us.

It was our first time staying at a Non Hotel and didn't know what to expect. It was clean, the showers were hot. The light switches were a little confusing but nothing we couldn't figure out. Overall we will do it again.

nice, clean place. not expected $37 charge for vehicle. great location. we were on 3rd floor, so we didn't mind taking stairs, but higher floors renters had to wait and wait for the only working elevator.

Great bday/girls get away

I booked the condo for a beach weekend with my sisters and best friend and it did not disappoint! We walked across the street for a beach day and morning beach walks. Great views from the balcony. The size and accommodations were perfect! The only thing we had trouble with was the living room tv, but we didn’t really watch any tv anyway, we were too busy enjoying the sea breeze and the company. I definitely recommend this little gem!

Girls weekend get away. Condo was nice with good size balcony. View was really nice with easy beach access. Close to Island attractions. Room rate reasonable. Room stayed cool even with the ac controls locked down. Great kitchen! And floor fans in the bedrooms and living room! Huge plus!!!Cleaning fee high in my opinion, 160 with us only being there two nights. The first thing that you smelled as you entered was a musty damp odor. The windows were very dirty! Interior is a dated. The air vents were also dirty. It would help to know what is available for free with the tv.

Great condo!!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was nice and fit our needs great. Babes beach was right across the street and the pool area was super awesome. Only suggestion is a inventory of the cook ware should be updated. We did not have a baking sheet pan so it made baking fish hard and the measuring cup was broke. Simple fixes since the Dollar Store is just around the corner. Other than that we would definitely stay again!!

Excellent view!

The power went out due to storms and elevators weren’t working on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Attempted to text owner with no response. Needs a deep cleaning. Guest toilet runs all night and faucet in shower drips. Great view and staff at the condo were great!

The stay was terrible they had roaches smell like urine in the bedrooms they really need to spray for insects the front desk was very rude marissa or whatever her name was and the older guy was ok but could have been better we had no trashbags and i know it a condos but we was trying to b nice and keep the pl up the screen door was hot mess soon as we walked in a roach was on the floor sorr but not sorry was very unhappy.

This was a wonderful little vacation spot. Nice area, clean condo, amazing pool area. Our family of five were very comfortable in this space. Balcony was perfect to relax and feel the ocean breeze. The sounds of the ocean were so relieving of daily life stress, minus the heavy traffic flow. Just a thing! Nothing extra fancy, but exactly what we needed.

Relaxing on the seawall

This was a pleasant, relaxing, clean, nicely decorated condo. The view was nice for the bay as well as people watching. After seeing a show at The Old Quarter, we locked ourselves in with groceries, and enjoyed a weekend of cards, food and music. Perfect!

Bad experience

First of all we get there there is no lights it's like they covered them up they have the light switch but no lights in the kitchen hallway bedrooms living room You got lamps The light in the kitchen didn't work The fans that you're supposed to use at night was dirty the shower curtains had rust on them.We had to go borrow the broom down stairs to sweep,so,the next day we went out and got a broom,rugs for bathroom towels cause the four that was there had holes in them and maybe you could dry your hair.The furniture didn't match and looked like they pick them up from the side of the road..The dining room chairs didn't match and my sister that weights 140 and 70 yrs old sat down and went thru it..The paint is peeling off the walls....The pictures you see to rent the place is nothing like the place except the kitchen and the couch,You also have to pay for parking.even the people who work there though that was dumb..The amenities they say is not true.. there is no hot tub as far as the pool 5 ft it's not 5 ft You better have a car because you're not walking to any of those places it says you are unless you like walking 3 to 5 miles... I don't know how vrbo can let people like this on their site.. when I text the lady to tell her about all this She pretty much said oh well too bad sorry I had a bad experience she'll talk to the cleaning people and that was about it never offered to get maintenance down there to try to fix the kitchen light or fix the side light .

Birthday weekend in Galveston

The Condo was very clean, it is an older building but the host has updated the Condo and it was decorated very nicely. Had a small issue with the guest toilet when we arrived but the host responded within minutes and had a handy man over very quickly to check it out. The view is unbeatable and proximity to the beach is wonderful.

By the Sea

This place had a killer view, which was across the highway from the beach. The cleaners had left the floor quite wet and we ran out of toilet paper. We also had no paper towels or a broom, which is necessary at the beach. Walmart was close, so we bought our own. I asked the host about it and she said they had to quit leaving any extra things out because of theft. How sad is that? We enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

As long time visitors to the island, our family has owned a home in Galveston for over 40 years. This was a perfect getaway after many years of renting from time to time; our original home in Taramar Beach was destroyed in Hurricane Alicia in the 1980's. We have enjoyed this condo throughout the years and look forward to hearing about all the wonderful new memories to be made!

What makes this property unique

The ability to just get away and not mess with the day to day fuss of the rat race makes this condo an oasis. Cool and quiet, it brings all the best of the beach, with few complications. With the outstanding view and beach access just a few steps away, there is no need to look further for the perfect weekend or spring break vacation for you and the family!
