This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath comfortably sleeps 10 people. This home has a modern kitchen with an island, a large, combined living room and dining room, plus a den/game room which makes a perfect spot for watching movies or an extra room for the kids/guests. The property offers Wi-Fi, DVD, streaming services on multiple TVs as well as a stereo system in the living room. There are multiple outdoor entertainment areas on the property including a breezy cocktail patio out front and a secluded deck in back for BBQs and alfresco meals.

The home is ideally located one block from the seawall, beach and multiple restaurants including Gaido’s, Galveston’s iconic dining destination and is close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping Galveston has to offer.

Staying in town or near one of Galveston's Historic Districts has its own set of perks and is very different from the West End or near East Beach. Many in town homes are walking distance to the seawall, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the Historic Strand & Postoffice district, the Pleasure Pier, museums, the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry, plenty of other attractions, things to do, grocery stores, Texas A&M University, Shriner’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch), one of the largest, most technologically sophisticated emergency care facilities in the world, a level 1 trauma and burn center.

Nice Roomy Home. Big Kitchen

Loved the place and location very roomy. Only issue i had was the wifi didnt work so we couldnt connect to anything or watch t.v other than that it was pretty awesome.

Close to the Sea Wall

We enjoyed the house and our stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. Loved that the entire front of the house had the ability to play music from the stereo in the front living room. We had a blast. Only bad thing was the very small bathroom, but it does have a larger bathroom with a big spacious shower!

Great location

2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. A 5 min. drive to Pleasure pier. Home is very clean and was perfect for the 5 of us. It does sleep 10 with large common areas and kitchen for gathering. We are going back. lots of common areas of us. I pleasure

Great House, Nice Location

The place was really nice, and we used it for our family reunion. The only issue we had was that the outside patio was not covered as shown in photos. I believe they are handling this though. The property is managed by a professional property management company, and they are very nice on the phone if you need any help.

We were disappointed when we first pulled in to the house and found the lawn not mowed & trimmed. The house was very comfortable for the six of us. We were also disappointed by the following : No extra paper towels, no extra trash can liners, limited toilet paper and not even bars of soap. The back patio hadn’t been cleaned and we wouldn’t hav been comfortable enjoying it. We hav been in three VRBO’s and hav never had these minimal maintenance / supply issues. We suggest you address these issues. You may be able to increase the price of the property.

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed staying here very much! The photos and description of the property were accurate. There were a few things about the property that I would like to tell the owner. The vent hood above the stove did not work, so cooking made it a tad Smokey. Also, there were ant’s in the kitchen and dining room. I would recommend some ant traps or spray. The vents on the ceiling were dripping from condensation, I am not sure if there is an issue or it’s just that humid there! Also, there is no TV in 1 of the bedrooms or living room. That was kind of odd to me. And lastly, there were no smoke detectors in all the bedrooms. In the state of Texas if you are renting out a home, it is a low that there must be smoke detectors in each room. I would let the owners know that they are not up to code and could be held liable if there were a fire. Other than these things, we enjoyed our time. The home was great and a great location. Had everything we needed! We would stay here again! Thank you for renting to us!

The house is beautiful. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning the first night, however, it was quickly resolved and attended to by the office and maintenance staff. We had a great time!!!

Best vacation

The house was amazing I truly loved the location, cleanliness, everything was available in the kitchen, rooms were big it was a blast. I definitely recommend and well also going back no more hotels for this family.
