The place was clean and had everything you need. It was quite and communication with the host was also good.The only issue was that we killed roaches in two different bedrooms.

The property was clean and had plenty of room inside. Only 2 chairs on small front porch, and no back yard or grilling area.The property is close to beach, however there is no direct access due to the hospital on Seawall Blvd. Not a big problem to walk a few blocks out of the way, just adds to your walk.S street is a very busy road, if traffic noise doesn't bother you, you're good. Another note, there are several neighborhood bars on this street and the only parking for this property was on the street, so it was a bit of a concern, luckily we didn't have any issues there.All in all, the property itself is very nice, but for our family, we wouldn't stay here again.
