## Space
This charming, air-conditioned 45 m² flat is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of the Les Alizés residence. Its main attraction is a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, accessible directly from the living room through a large bay window. The beach is just 100 metres away and is easily accessible on foot.

The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people. It features several sleeping areas:

An upstairs bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed.
A mezzanine with a single bed.
A Rapido-style sofa bed in the living area with a 140 x 200 cm mattress.

The bright living area features a comfortable lounge area with a sofa, armchair and television, as well as a cosy dining area.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home. You’ll find a Senseo coffee machine, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The entire property is fully air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort all year round.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace furnished with garden furniture and two sun loungers, ideal for dining, relaxing or simply admiring the view of the Mediterranean.

👉 A private parking space is reserved for the property in the residence’s car park, for added convenience during your stay.

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you personally at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay.

👉 Upon your arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and bath mats, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be hired for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.

The town of Vias is sure to win you over with a host of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias by the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or hiring bikes to cycle along a section of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to Vias’s various beaches is very easy via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly via on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available at the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The flat is situated in a private, secure residential complex. It is fully enclosed. The complex is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to travel from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV services. This station is just 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is situated 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport operates services connecting Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.

## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be hired for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, the end-of-stay cleaning service is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry this out for you for a flat fee of €84 (including VAT).
The end-of-stay cleaning service is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for the cleaning service is to be made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
