About this property

Summer shelter

Our summer shelter is available only a few months a year. Ideally located directly in front of the ferry, our accommodation available in the summer season are ideal for holidaymakers or festival-goers who want a monthly rental. Come and enjoy the region, the museums, the culinary scene of Quebec City, the Feux Loto Québec right at your window, the Festival d'été de Québec or the festivities of Saint Jean Baptiste.

Located on the street side, you will have access to a balcony overlooking the river, the package wharf and its activities.

Private parking included at the back of the building. A stone's throw from the Ferry and public transport.

A café on the ground floor of the building also offers delicious meals from morning to night.
