About the host
Hosted by Nic Chapman
I’ve lived in Hebden Bridge for over 30 years and love it here. I organise free local fitness and wellbeing activities in the village such as Tai Chi, Qigong in the Park and Outdoor Yoga. I enjoy travelling and walks in nature.
