Good Gatlinburg house
Close to everything but very quiet. Not walking distance to the restaurants. My favorite part was sitting on the deck and listening to the stream.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Don't waste your money staying at this property. If you want a headache, book this location. When we arrived late at night the property smelled of mold primarily in the kitchen. When we got to the lower level of the house we noticed black spot mold on the comforter, ceiling of the bathroom, was not cleaned and found multiple areas that appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time (found dead bugs, fingernails, hairs, etc) around. I know it's a cabin and I'm not looking for perfection but general cleanliness it important. The property is managed by Vacasa and they were not very helpful and their solution was to send a cleaner over to the cabin to "remove" the mold during our stay. Their solution was to use a bleach cleaner everywhere (which was fine) but it appeared they had painted over the mold spots in the ceiling of the shower which raised a major concern for us.

Great location
It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg but still was quiet and the creek across the road sounded so peaceful. It fit all 5 of us very comfortably
