Perfect for our weekend trip! So glad we were able to walk downtown and not have to worry about parking. Everything was great and would definitely stay again!
The management was very responsive and helpful. Cute cabin. Had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub. I thought I’d worry about bears when in the tub but the deck is over a cliff.
Very dated, dish washer leaked water all over the floor, the beds are hard

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. If you and called us we would've been glad to fix it we had no knowledge it was messed, we have never had any complains on the mattresses.
Very nice cabin with an off the beat location but close enough for a quick walk. Cabin was perfect for me and my husband not a lot of bells and whistles but we save that for the Marriott. Hot tub was great but you can hear it kick on at night. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
The cabin is super cute and cozy. It's conveniently located to everything we needed. It's tucked away enough from downtown that it felt very secluded. Checkin and checkout were very convenient, and the cabin had everything we needed.
Location is perfect for exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin is adorable and we really enjoyed the hot tub after walking all day. Property owner was very friendly and helpful.
We had a great time staying in Summer Song Cabin. Great mix of the feel of being in the mountains, while still being within walking distance of all the Gatlinburg fun! Plus, a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day!
My wife and I enjoyed our brief 2-day stay here. We experienced no issues, and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we returned to the Gaitlinburg area.
Wonderful place right off the main roads of Gatlinburg. Still plenty of privacy and quite. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend for someone vacating in Gatlinburg. Good natured and polite hosts
This location is absolutely great for Gatlinburg. You do not need to worry about parking or traffic in the Village and all the attractions, as you can just walk down the hill to everything. It's also far enough from the main road to avoid a lot of noise and have some quiet. Lester and his wife were great, as well, and met all of our needs. Very cozy!
It was relaxing and peaceful. And you wouldn't have to drive anywhere to see bears, all you have to do is walk out on to your balcony. We'll definitely be renting this cabin again.
My husband and I went to Gatlinburg for a short getaway birthday weekend. We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Song Cabin. The location was great. The privacy was great. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling out and the fire place at night. The only thing I think needs improvement is the lighting in the master bedroom and there needs to be a fan. Hope to return at some point.
Our stay at the cabin was great just not long enough.
I also do not like all the traffic in Gatlinburg.

Perfect location. Wooded area with Mountain View, but close enough to grab the free trolley into Gatlinburg. Clean. Easy parking. Quiet and comfortable.
Quaint cabin for the perfect couples getaway. Perfect location, just minutes from anything. Excellent communication. The only thing we needed was closet space. Not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay here again.
Check-in was super easy, received key box code several days in advance of stay. Full kitchen, including coffee pot, blender, toaster and microwave. Dishes, silverware, dishwasher detergent and dish soap provided. Plenty of towels and the hot tub was chef's kiss. We parked at the cabin and walked everywhere - we were at the main strip within 10 minutes. If you're walking, wear good shoes and be prepared for a little hill work on the way back (we're in our mid 40s and had no trouble with the walk to and fro). Overall, an excellent experience. 10/10 recommend.
It was right in town so it was very easy to get to but just far enough off the beaten path to not hear all the traffic. Everything was clean and comfortable. I do enjoy seeing the bears at a distance but thought this close to town we wouldn’t, I was very wrong. I came out on the porch and a young one was walking down the lane between the cabins. He didn’t do anything, just wandered off. We saw him a few other times but he was never aggressive. The photos make it look smaller than it actually is, it’s not huge but it’s not small either. We really enjoyed our time there.

Sorry you were disappointed, we would've been glad to have taken care of your concerns. We wash all laundry with tide with oxy and Clorox, sorry you were allergic to it.
Very cute cabin. I believe guests need to be reminded NOT to feed the bears. The cabin next to us was dumping fruit over their balcony. The bathtub did not drain; would fill up just getting the water temp ready to get in. Air filter for the central air needed changed.
