THE SPACE
Newly remodeled light, airy, and fabulous condo! Quiet and private this condo sleeps up to 6. Hard floors, remodeled kitchen plus all new furniture! You will love our open-plan space with comfortable seating and south facing balcony. The dining area leads to a fully equipped open plan remodeled kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast to dinner with a granite counter height breakfast bar. Just off the living area, with comfy seating and big screen smart TV, is a private balcony where you can enjoy the sun all day.

BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a hybrid king mattress with en-suite bathroom and a large walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have pillow-top mattresses, one is a king bed and the other a queen bed. All bedrooms have overhead fans and Roku TVs.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
