My family of 5 and our friends (family of 4) stayed here for a weekend getaway, and had a fabulous time! The 5 kids had an amazing time in the game room and pool. There were so many fun accessories included, and everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again!

A.wonderful place for family and friends to gather for a few nights or extended stay. The outdoor setting is amazing and the game room was a huge hit! The host was very attentive to all our needs! Highly recommend!

We were 3 baseball families and it was a great place! Lots for the kids to keep them entertained and the house was super cute and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Property was clean, had everything we needed. Definitely bring bug spray for outside. Pool was great temperature and the kids loved it. Host was amazing at responding to anything we needed. There was plenty to do at house when you wanted a day at house. All in all pretty great experience Would Definitely recommend 🥰

The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The manager was cooperative with heating the pool which was not included as advertised. The only concern we had was the towels in the linen closet were all damp when we arrived.

This place has everything you need for kids! Our kids were entertained and had so much fun! The layout is great and the kitchen has everything you need! I so appreciate that! Publix is right down the road, a little park is one house over and there were good places to eat nearby. This was a great house on a great location! The owner is so sweet and accommodating, she made sure we had everything we needed and she is quick to respond!We will be back!

The house was exactly as described and very clean. It was the perfect size for our group of 8. The game room was a big hit! Loved the pool, but you will definitely want to pay for the heat! It’ll be worth it since the part that looks like a hot tub is the same temp as the pool. Any little issue that we had pop up was taken care of very quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy as host was there to show us around. There were some weather related issues that the host did their best to address. Very prompt responses to our issues. Kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Outdoor furniture added good space.

Great house for a family- kids of all ages

There’s so much room to play at The Marlin on Merritt! It’s a kids paradise! Easily sleeps 10 adults and more if you use the pull out couch/crib. Young children friendly with crib and high chair. Fully stocked supplies, coffee bar and toiletries. It’s hard to come across the amenities this house has in one place! It’s a 15 min drive to the beach but there’s so much to do at the house you don’t need to leave!

Everything was just as described. Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandkids. Overall everything was perfect. Great decor. Beautiful foliage and great use of space. Just a couple minor details that concerned me. The sand box area had dog/cat poop that we had to scoop out my grandson unfortunately found.. there was a cat that came around while we were there. The fire pit area was awesome but there was an area where the floor dipped, felt like you could fall through it. The closet door in the master got jammed upon opening it and trying to close it. There was a constant moldy looking puddle by the hot tub. Again these were minor issues that can be an easy fix. Kids enjoyed the game room as well as the adults. Had all your kitchen needs. We were able to walk to the little park down the street and see the space launch. Definitely recommend this home.

We had plenty of room and amenities . The owner is great with communicating and very helpful . the location is in a quaint neighborhood and always felt safe . My kids enjoyed the game room and outdoors !
