Weihnachten in Familie (8 erwachsene Personen) in dieser schönen liebevoll eingerichteten und dekorierten Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter, völlig komplikationslose und sehr schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen. Einziges Manko - das Futonbett in dem 4. Schlafzimmer war nicht angenehm und der Teppich sehr staubig. Für Allergiker eher nicht geeignet, ebenso die Federkopfkissen in allen Schlafzimmern. Dies trübte jedoch nicht die Stimmung - rundum eine schöne Wohnung, die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Gerne wieder.

älteres, renoviertes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein älteres und renoviertes Haus. Es wird in der Annonce recht gut beschrieben und bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen. Allerdings ist die Raumaufteilung für mehr als 4 Bewohner nicht optimal. Denn die Küche ist verhältnismäßig klein. Hier können maximal 4 Personen am Tisch sitzen. Ein "Esszimmer" bzw. ein großer Esstisch befindet sich im Stockwerk darüber, das über eine recht steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Das ist doch etwas unpraktisch. Da es sich um einen restaurierten Altbau handelt, sind die Wände und Böden teilweise schräg. Die Decken bzw. Deckenbalken sind niedrig. Das macht aber den Charme des Hauses aus. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung sind authentisch und geben die Örtlichkeiten gut wieder. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Alle Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Für Urlauber, die den Charme eines Altbaus mögen, ist das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. P.S.: Zum Einkaufen ist wegen der Höhenunterschiede im Ort ein Auto empfehlenswert, auch wenn die Entfernung zum Supermarkt auf einer Straßenkarte nicht weit erscheint.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Im Vorfeld schon mal ein dickes Lob an die Vermieterin, die sehr zügig, nett, informativ und unkompliziert in Ihren Mails ist. Bei bestem Wetter und ein paar Schneeresent haben wir hier in dem Ferienhaus mit 8 Erwachsenen ein gemütliches Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind im Haus etwas verteilt, so dass man nicht Wand-an-Wand schlafen muss.... Die 2 Bäder sind zwar etwas klein, dafür aber sauber ! Ein Aufentshaltsraum mit Sitzecke, Kicker und Dart ist auch vorhanden, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

schönes gemütliches Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit 7 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind ist genügend Platz. Die Wohnung war immer gut geheizt und im unteren Eingangsbereich war nochmal ein großer Aufenthaltsraum, den man sicher im Sommer eher benutzt. Gefreut hatten wir uns über den vorhandenen Schlitten. Einziges Mango ist, dass die Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche (1.Etage) gering ist und der große Eßzimmertisch in der 2. Etage sich befindet. Sonst hat es uns wirklich gut gefallen.
