[Location] Excellent location: 5 minutes' walk to the commercial center and 99 Dahua Supermarket, Vons Supermarket, and Food Center; 5 minutes' drive to ARCADIA mall and racetrack, 6 minutes to USC Hospital.
[Unit type] Private garage entry, can park 2 cars; equipped with brand new washing machine dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The first floor is a garage, a bedroom and a bathroom; the second floor is a living room, dining room, kitchen, a living room and a bathroom; the third floor is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
[Facilities] 24-hour hot water, 500M high-speed Wi-Fi, Internet smart TV, full set of kitchen utensils, high-end bedding.
[Transportation] It is about 20 minutes from Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Walk of Fame, about 30 minutes from Disneyland, about 30 minutes from the beach, and 30 minutes from the airport. Close to Pasadena, Arcadia and San marino.

Nice Property

4 main bedrooms with bathrooms was a big plus. Nice kitchen and living area. Close to family who live in Arcadia. Really enjoyed our stay.

The owner is a Chinese lady. Doesn't communicate well on the phone ,but fast and precise in texting back. They went above and beyond to help us. I will recommend the place for an active fafamily family

Nice bedrooms, kitchen not well-equipped

Four bedrooms on three floors enhance privacy. Three ensuite BRs a definite plus, with 4th BR and separate bath on the main floor. For some reason, only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. Living/dining area and kitchen sparsely equipped. (Glassware practically non-existent, flatware inadequate.) Very nice neighborhood. Main entry through garage a bit strange.

Scammers. Do not stay here. They won't give you the what you see in the listing and try to put you in a dirty home with holes in the wall.
