Cocoonr offers you this charming, fully renovated flat to rent in Saint-Jorioz. It boasts lovely mountain views and is close to the village centre and lake.

Situated on the ground floor of a house occupied by the owners, this bright flat offers a pleasant and cosy setting in which to make the most of a holiday on the shores of Lake Annecy.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living area with a smart TV (Chromecast) and an extra heater available on request
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) and a chest of drawers
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet

Outdoors:
- A terrace of approximately 20 m² to enjoy sunny days and moments of relaxation outdoors, with 1 table, 2 chairs for dining, and a cosy seating area
- Parking space in the car park

- PLEASE NOTE: the property is not fenced off. The owners live on site with a very friendly cat and dog, who may occasionally wander around the car park and outdoor areas.
If you’d prefer to avoid them, please do not hesitate to let us know: the owners will be happy to make the necessary arrangements to ensure they stay indoors during your stay.

Wi-Fi, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available in the flat.
